Very professional and respectful, excellent results!
I took my mother to doctor Hess, she is a very good doctor, however after one surgery for her lacrimal dut and too many appointments, my mother problem was not resolved and at the end she said she will refer my mother to another doctor who speaks Farsi!!!!! , I told her our issue is not language barrier as I was translating my mother concern and doctor response back and forth, she said she can't do anything more to resolve my mother excessive tearing only in one eye which exists the same way.
