I called to schedule an appointment for an implant. I told the receptionist I was there for an implant. I wrote down on the patient form I was there for an implant. I told the dental assistant I was there for an implant. THEY DECIDED TO GIVE ME A ROUTINE CHECKUP, brushed off the implant procedure, and then had the nerve to tell me they wanted me to pay for their providing the wrong service.
