The staff was very friendly, especially Sheena. She helped calm a scared nephew down, he was nervous about the visit, 11yo’s hear horror stories from friends. Very clean & hospitable waiting room with not too long a wait. Dentist was kind & caring. Highly recommend.

Pain free! Minimal discomfort, ie: as is to be expected, with work being done, but no pain. Staff is very sensitive to your level of comfort and go above and beyond to see that your visit is a positive one.
I was very pleased with the service I got at North Texas Dental in Sherman Texas. Everyone was very nice and professional. I will be going back and continue my service there.
The staff is very professional with a personal touch. Always very friendly and accommodating. As for Dr. Nguyen, he is the best. In all my 60+yrs., I have never had a crown fit perfectly the first fitting. He must take excellent impressions and has a lab that knows what they are doing.

Normally it is a struggle to get my 7 and 10 year old boys to WANT to go to the dentist. They both visited NTD this past week, and are already asking to go back. The entire staff was very welcoming and great with children! I would highly recommend NTD to anyone!

it has been a year since I found this awesome team at NTDS. North Texas Dental has given me back my smile and has taken away my fear of dentists. I would really freak out inside when I had to go and Dr Nguyen and his wonderful team make me feel so welcome and cared for there is no reason to deal out. He makes sure I am numbed up real good and now I use the nitro yes cause I am a baby. There has been rough times where my teeth have been so stubborn and put us all through the test but we made it. I had a great first time visit. No wait time at all. The young lady who took my xrays was very nice and gentle. I cant remember her name but she was great.Dr. Ngyuen, Roxanne, and Jennifer were also very friendly. They made me feel comfortable. Roxanne also did an amazing job on my cleaning. I have a very small mouth and normally it kills me to get a cleaning. She took her time and allowed me to take breaks when needed. Overall my experience was great!
