Wait time 45+ minutes with no explanation even with appointment, no explanation or update from the front desk . I Left without seeing the doctor after checking in early. While the nursing staff was polite, the office management and scheduling are highly inefficient. I wouldn't recommend this clinic if you expect to be seen on time or receive a call back.

I want to start by saying the lady at the front office was so incredibly sweet with my issues and I have had no problems with them at all, but there is a policy in place where you can’t switch doctors once you see one. I saw Dr. Ramirez ONE time and did not have a good experience with her care. I called up to see about getting moved to Dr. Abtahi, who was recommended to me and had knowledge about my particular issue which Dr. Ramirez didn’t seem to. I have been a patient here for 5 years. The doctor I was seeing was very kind and I liked her but the office said physicians no longer do women’s wellness checks so I waited for an appointment with a PA. When I arrived at my appointment on time I was told I needed to fill out paperwork since I did not do it before my appointment. Keep in mind, I never received the paperwork from them. It took a total of 5 minutes to fill it out. After waiting an hour, I asked when I’d be seen. They said after the patients in the waiting room... read more
