It was my first pregnancy and I switched to a different doctor after 3 visits with Dr. Ramirez. I am so glad I left her! Every time I came to my scheduled appointment, I waited for at least an hour in the reception. If you are pregnant, you can understand how physically difficult it is - the nausea, tiredness. I would highly recommend North Texas Women’s Healthcare to any new moms. This is my first pregnancy and I have felt so incredibly cared for and respected. The staff has always been welcoming and kind. Nurse Pam has been especially sweet and caring. I feel I can always ask her my questions without fear of judgement. We moved here from out of state and a new friend here recommended Dr. Ramirez and I absolutely love her and her staff! I have had 2 miscarriages in the last year so I was there a lot with a lot of appointments and bloodwork and they all were amazing to me!

Been going there since my first born 13 years. Since my original doctors retired I was made to choose another. Did not like her at all she literally LAUGHED when I told her a symptom, still I was not allowed to change doctors. No patients right to choose in the entire network not just Keller office since they have multiple offices. Seems weird/WRONG to say you’re uncomfortable with a doctor and they refuse to switch you, when you were forced on this one because of another retiring.

I’ve been coming here for almost 5 years. You can always expect to wait in the waiting room for at least 45 mins. Then you will wait in the room for about 25 mins before the doctor comes in. Why make an appointment? They have a policy where they will charge you $350 if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment time.
