(Greenville Tx office) was just going to let this go but this title company's failures continue to show up. They are unorganized, rude when asked to provide anything of note, have terrible computer/technology skills because the office is filled with people that can't even do copy/paste. Initially, the problems were of the nature of not handling surveys quickly or correctly or and I'm serious here... CANT GET THE PARTIES TOGETHER FOR CLOSING BECAUSE ONE SIDE DIDNT KNOW. NOW... This title company is the most unorganized, inefficient and difficult firm to work with. From the get go to the final end, they were scrambling to complete the tasks that are their responsibility. They didn't order the survey until 3 weeks into the contract, 1 week before we were supposed to close, They didn't order the survey for the entire property, only a portion of it.
