I had a neck injection and the team there is very good. Made sure I was comfortable and put IV line where it was easier for me. I didn't feel it going in. Thank you team
The wait time was minimal, and the check-in process was very easy. The nurses were great and took great care of me. I had a great experience. The facility is well taken care of, and their customer service is great.
Having a surgical procedure is never fun, but North Texas Team Care makes the process as painless as possible. The staff is friendly, and they don’t talk down to patients, or treat them as just a case file. Dr. Nagaraj Kikkeri is an excellent physician, who I recommend without reservation for pain management.
What is the point in asking for an emergency contact if you do not contact the emergency contact when an emergency happens.
