I didn't have to wait long, and Dr. Jung took his time explaining everything and answering all my questions.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They took a month to call to schedule me. After calling and getting sent to voicemail, I finally got the scheduler on the line to schedule it. She never sent follow up emails. Then I get a call three weeks prior from the Practice Manager to move my date to the following week, no problem. She even noted that the email was never sent and sent them afterwards. Not a good experience
I was so excited to come to Dr. Jaiyeoba my son went to him and he was very nice but I have to say this experience has been a true nightmare. It started with the initial consultation I waited 3 hours to see this doctor and I didn’t leave until after closing and then they set the colonoscopy date and a week and half prior they called me to reschedule and this wasn’t the only time they called me to reschedule this was a nightmare but I still proceeded. Do not go to this joke place, obviously they don’t care about reviews because they have many bad ones, staff dropped the ball constantly, never called me back after taking my money for initial consultation,I’m just glad I didn’t trust them with life threatening surgery
