Leaks began to occur within weeks due to the roof's faulty installation. Despite my repeated attempts to reach them, they either ignored me or made unfulfilled promises. When they eventually arrived, they applied a careless patch job that was short-lived. I am stuck paying someone else to clean up their mess because I have more water damage now than I did before. If you do not want to squander money and suffer with annoyance, stay away!

The owner, Kurt, goes above and beyond. It was time for a new roof as well as other property upkeep needs. His team installed the high quality certified roof and new gutters with leaf protection in half a day that got us a great additional discount on the HO insurance. North Texas Roofing is the Best. Kurt was professional and fair. I had hail damage the previous 2 years. The insurance company denied the claim after most everyone on the street got new roofs. It was clear that I had damage and needed the roof replaced. Kurt put me in touch with a company to fight for me. I had 2 new adjusters come out and was denied the claim again by the insurance company. They went to the next level and got 2 new adjusters. The work took twice as long as promised, and the price was significantly higher than market rates. The crew left trash all over the property and appeared disorganized. I anticipated far better service and efficiency given the price.
