Kurt was great. A flower pot was accidentally broken and without us even saying anything he replaced the broken pot and the one that matched it.
North Texas Roofing did an awesome job on our house. Kurt walked us through the entire process: roof, gutters, painting, new screens and fence staining. We hope we don’t need a new roof in the near future, but if so we’ll definitely use North Texas Roofing.
Kurt at North Texas Roofing is one of the best contractors I have done business with. His team is quick, they clean up thoroughly and the results exceed expectations. Hard to find honest people that do great work, and do what they say they will do anymore. Don't hesitate to use North Texas Roofing for your roofing needs!
I really wanted to have a good experience with North Texas Roofing, but it turned out to be stressful and disappointing. My insurance claim was denied, and despite promises that they’d help get it approved, there was very little progress or communication. Kurt seemed nice at first, but after the initial inspection, it was hard to get updates or clear answers. Weeks went by with no follow-up, and in the end, nothing was resolved. I wish I could give more stars!!! North Texas Roofing has been so awesome ! Kurt was able to get my insurance company to pay for a whole new roof after they had denied my claim. They even included new gutters after saying they weren’t included on the policy. Way to go Kurt!
