I had a storm blow over an unused DISH receiver on my roof leaving holes in the roof decking and the attic exposed. Kurt Schmitz had someone over that day to get it repaired. The work was excellent, a perfect match to existing shingles, and price was very fair. I have already recommended North Texas Roofing to my neighbor and will definitely use them again. Thank you, Kurt!
After a series of hail and windstorms, my roof was trashed. Shingles were lying all around the yard and it was still going to rain more. Kurt came out and patched up my roof immediately and for free to prevent further damage. He walked me through the insurance process and handled all the details of getting the work done. Thank GOD I have found this trustworthy company to do my roof and other services. I highly recommend The North Texas Roofing Company located in Denton, Texas. Mr. Kurt and this company went above and beyond to ensure customer's satisfaction. They used high quality materials and did an amazing job on any projects. Mr. Kurt is very professional, knowledgable, and caring. He also made the whole process as easy as it can be for customers.
Leaks began to occur within weeks due to the roof's faulty installation. Despite my repeated attempts to reach them, they either ignored me or made unfulfilled promises. When they eventually arrived, they applied a careless patch job that was short-lived. I am stuck paying someone else to clean up their mess because I have more water damage now than I did before. If you do not want to squander money and suffer with annoyance, stay away!
