Yall they have the BEST staff and Doctors! Lou and Dr Carr took great care of my husband today while he was having his laser procedure! They always ease the jitters and go above and beyond for their patients! Amazing care with a down home family feel! Highly recommended and Very much appreciated!!
Dr. Lyons repaired my retina fast and thoughly in one 30 minute visit. He performed my follow up visit in the same professional manner. I was treated like the most important patient on those days. I recommend anyone use North Texas Retina consultants for their eye health.
Doctor Lee is a very nice and good doctor but if you have something more serious he doesn’t catch them been going to him for years and didn’t catch a serious eye problem and now it’s progressed so much that it’s damaged and losing my eye sight.
I absolutely give Dr. Patel 5+ stars, but the check-in person argued with me that I didn’t have an appointment. She said that my appointment was not until July 23rd. My appointment card said Jan 23rd at 9:30am. I didn’t have my card with me but I will always take my proof when I go. I drove an hour to get there. They did work me in about 1:15pm. Everything moved quickly. Dr Carr was very pleasant and professional and dealt with my problem quickly. The office runs smoothly and efficiently with almost no wait times except for time to allow meds to work. I had multiple retinal tears, and they performed eye surgery immediately. From the time I walked in the door to the time I left having had successful surgery, was only 1.5 hours. This level of service appeared normal. A very professional team indeed.
