I'm a New Patient and I called the office just to leave VM message since it was after hours. Someone picked up the phone and slammed it back down. I realize it's Friday Dec 30th at 5:55pm, but I just wanted to leave a VM message. Whoever answered the phone, should have kept on walking and let it go to VM instead of being RUDE.
