I rented a property from NTPM for nearly 5 years and in all that time I was never disappointed with their prompt attention to maintenance issues. Their contractors were always on time and professional. The staff in Plano were always friendly and most helpful. I ended up buying the property and it was the easiest home buying process I've ever been thru and I've bought and sold several homes over the years. Thanks to all the staff and employees of NTPM!!! **** **

We strongly recommend Jason and his team. From the very start, Jason made sure he understood our objectives, and he went above and beyond to make sure expectations were met. His team is extremely fast and responsive. We sold our home at a very difficult time after losing my mother, and the support that we got from him and his team was so appreciated. This company is extremely poorly run and the management doesn't care at all about making sure tenants are treated well. They make no effort to push vendors to complete and ignore tenants when they ask for an explanation. They lose rent checks and tack on late fees arbitrarily. Very bad attitudes all around, will not be renting from this company again.

Beware! We leased a house from this company for 5 months.All was well until the day we get a knock on the door from a constable saying we have 24 hours to vacate the property. After a long night of research we discovered that we were leased a house that was sold 4months before we started our lease term.Needless to say the company had no remorse and took no responsbility for this situation. Professional and honest are how I feel of Jason. I live in California, thus want to find a property management company that I can trust and provides high quality service. Jason and all other memebers in the company fit all my requirements: responsive, experienced, kind, and good at communicating. The company uses a couple of popular websites to market rental properties, which are quite presentable. Highly recommend.
