Neleson is very thin skinned. Vindictive and a manipulator of the facts. He has issues with patients that happen to know proceedures and speak their mind. I have dealt with my issue for 40 years. I know what works and what doesn't, I've tried them all. I'm always open to new ideas. You can't expect me to gree with everyone of them. He needs to learn, I don't work for him he works for me.
