It would be helpful if the person answering the phone had excellent English skills rather than proficiency. I'm sure the man is very smart, speaking at least 2 languages and very nice; however, in a time when poison control is needed, repeating oneself and needing to find alternative wording for comprehension can be very dangerous. It also lends to a very uncertain time for the person calling because it was at times very difficult to understand what was being said.
It was a big help to me I was afraid and within seconds of my call I was very calm and had my anxiety under control due to the lady I spoke with the Dr I knew in a instant that I was alright and she had everything handled was so thankful
