Very rude staff! Dr.Marrs is awesome and answers any questions I have but the staff is very rude and definitely has something against kids being in the office even accompanied by an adult. And on there check in text message is says they can come in as long as they have an additional adult with them for supervision.
Update: After speaking with my midwife, she told me that this doctor put all over my chart how "obese" I am and how risky it was. This is crazy because I am not obese at all. Go look at my other review photos to see for yourself. My BMI is high since I'm so short and I am super chesty, but I am anything but obese. Even my midwife said I'm one of the healthiest patients she has. This just proves even more so how awful this doctor is. Please go anywhere else. Love Dr. Marrs but the office manager (Danielle) and billing are awful. I had been a patient for both of my pregnancies. The first one everyone was great but my second pregnancy I had a terrible experience. For my final visit before I had my c-section my physician was out of town so I saw a covering physician. I received a bill for double the amount I had paid on all previous visits and was very confused. There are a few negative reviews below. I didn't want to believe them as I was just going in for an ultrasound, but please believe them. Appt was at 2, we were a few min late because we could not find the office and walked all around the hospital. That's on us, I'm okay with that, however, appt was at 2 and the ultrasound didn't start til after 3?? Ultrasound tech was incredible and I'm very happy for that experience.
