The staff was fantastic!! Sonographer (Rebekah I believe) was amazing and the doctor was thorough and patient with addressing all my questions. The front office however sucks! My appointment was scheduled during their lunch break; which I’m grateful they were able to break me in, however... Myself and several other patients were in line for ~20 mins before realizing. Something as simple as posting signage sharing “we are on lunch” and also via their phone service could change the experience and expectations of many. I hope t... read more
3 stars only because the front desk is very rude. But DR. mars was amazing sweet and kind and the s sonographer was great as well. Only complaint is the front desk is very rude
Such a wonderful experience. I was super nervous about coming to a high-risk doctor, but they made scheduling really easy and got me in quickly, which honestly helped calm my nerves a lot. The staff was so kind and welcoming. The nurse, ultrasound techs, and doctor were all really attentive, and I truly felt like my baby and I were in great hands. Will recommend!
I haven't even seen the doctor yet, I just walk s in and so far my experience has already been unpleasant with an incredibly rude check-in girl. Who got an attitude immediately then claimed I had an attitude. Update: The Doctor and sono tech were great. Only issue was rude office staff.
