Waiting an hour and half for my appointment. They need to figure out a better system seriously. 30 min MAX someone should wait for their appointment.
Literally sitting in the office and crying right now. They are the worst. Please save yourself and never visit here. Just came in for my appointment and the lady at the counter is cold as ice. They did not inform us that children are not allowed inside. I am wondering what do single moms with kids do, especially since they do not even inform ahead of time. No friendly stuff. Awful waiting time. I came here 3 times for checking up our baby but none of them we didn’t have good experience. Also some nurse were so cold or talk to aggressive to maybe we are poorly understanding English…I felt no safe at all for last time appointment when I with her.
Nobody picks up the phone, doctor’s office faxed the documents to them 4-5 times and they said they never received it upon checking by walk in. Don’t waste your time here.
