I had a terrible experience with Doctor Guajardo ever since I went for a consultation twice to discuss a procedure for a bladder lift. I had a difficult time having his office request the necessary lab work needed prior to my procedure. The office kept telling me that my primary doctor needed to request medical request from Dr. Guajardo’s office prior to my procedure. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Guajardo's office, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place! The staff greeted me with warm smiles and genuine kindness when I walked in. Dr. J. Guajardo is the best physician here in Brownsville. Trust me, I’ve had horrible experiences with other physicians and hospitals in town. Dr. J. Guajardo, calm, patient and always makes my health top priority. The office staff is friendly and very communicative and understanding if acccomodations are needed. I began treatment with the Emsella chair for incontinence and have had some improvements. Once I complete my treatments 4 of 6, I hope to reap full benefits of this service offered.
