We are very disappointed with North Texas Palms. We had them plant a large Pindo palm in our back yard last summer and despite following their instructions, it died over the winter. We were told at the time they delivered and planted it that it would be replaced if anything happened to it during the first year. Despite our efforts to contact Leo and others at North Texas Palms (we've left several messages and emails for two months now) they will not return our calls or answer emails. Bought a Trachycarpus fortunei (Windmill palm) here. The palm tree is very healthy and was well grown. Staff were friendly and knowledgable and helpful. Prices are very fair. I recommend North Texas Palms and Pottery for anyone needing cold hardy palms!
