Office is dirty with extremely long wait times
This was one of the most frustrating medical experiences I’ve had. After waiting nearly two months for this appointment, I was left sitting in the exam room for over 30–40 minutes before the doctor came in. When she finally arrived, the visit felt rushed, as if getting to the next patient was more important than addressing my concerns. Easily the worst doctor’s office I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to a lot of terrible ones. Doctors are fine or whatever, but the office staff is absolutely awful. They never call you back, don’t pass on messages to the doctors, don’t know how to use payment plans, you name it. This is the second time I’ve had an urgent issue and have called multiple times to no avail. Would not recommend to anyone.
I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Diana Luts and her team throughout my pregnancy and delivery. Dr. Luts recently delivered my child, and I have been under her care since I was 9 weeks pregnant.
