Absolutely lost in the office. Sent me to multiple locations for pain management in which no approval was received. They have wasted months of time and then when I asked if an appt could be done in the phone since they where discussing something not doing something said they can’t do telephonic. So I have to wast 2.5 hours of my day, so they can tell me in person. The only measure I have seen so far is they need a new office staff to manage the appointments and approvals.

Dr.Thummalapenta is so caring,compassionate,patient and kowledgeable.She has been caring/ treating my husband for the past two months for unsteady balance and for weakness in his legs.He has shown so much improvement because of her taking the time to listen to us and her thorough evaluations and testings.She is wonderful and her care team is awesome.We need more doctors like her. A+

I recently saw Dr. Thummalapenta for dizziness. She is awesome. She listened very carefully to all of my symptoms and she did a thorough examination and testing to try to figure out the cause. She even called me herself at home to inform me of some findings on a nerve test. She is friendly and kind and did not make me feel rushed during my appointment. I would highly recommend Dr. T. As her patients call her Thank you Dr T.
