I had needed hearing aids for sometime, but refused to pull the trigger on getting some due to my stubbornness. Doing so will help me preserve my overall health most importantly . This was such a great experience!! All staff members were friendly and very knowledgable! I had had hearing aids from another group that did not work out and I lost a lot of money. Here I feel like I am getting priceless value and I feel as though I have a whole team working for me.
the appointment was on time and the people in the office are very courteous and proffesionsal
Staff is very caring and kind. They show interest in what your concerns are and take time to answer questions or show you how to solve problems.
This was my first experience with hearing aids. I had delayed going in because I know several people who paid quite a bit for hearing aids that gave them limited improvement. I chose Audiology because it was a preferred provider for my Medicare plan and had good reviews. My audiologist, Joe, made me very comfortable from the start. I explained my concerns and he assured me that he would spend all the time necessary to find the right options for me.
