I've got UHC Medicare and Medicaid dual complete plan. Last month I received a bill from Dr. Singh's office stating that I owe $24.65. It took me a whole week to finally get it resolved. Texas nephrology has stopped billing Medicaid so this is an alert to all the patients to ask the billing department for an EOB for the date of service. I've had two visits with Dr. Chalmers, and about to have a third one, and been quite pleased with his demeanor and medical expertise. He asked the right questions and offered solid, common sense advice.
I was impressed with Dr Singh. He was accommodating in regards to the appointment, his bedside manner was exceptional, he had a plan and explained it thoroughly and did not waste anytime getting on with the plan. His staff was courteous and I felt as if he listened to what I said.
I would have to say that this office is difficult to deal with.
