The office has a very comfortable atmosphere. You never feel rushed. Joe Moralis is very professional and does an extremely thorough hearing test. I would highly recommend!
Mr. Morales went out of his way to ensure I had not only the correct hearing aids. But also that they were adjusted to give me the best results. After trying one brand and still having some things that didn’t seem correct, he helped me with another brand and those ultimately were the brand and model I chose and am very satisfied. Customer service is great! Very professional and informational. I felt very comfortable being there throughout my hearing test and then when I came in for my fitting for my hearing aids. First time getting hearing aids and it was a great experience. Thank you.
I started experiencing difficulties on hearing and understanding my conversations with my family, decided to visit an audiologist and visited several ones with no satisfaction. Just by coincidence I discovered this establishment and started an experiment with their hearing aids. After two sessions I was convinced that these aids were what I needed.
