Great experience, dr listened. Sounds like there are 2 different texas health family practices. This one was great.
I have been going to this office for 15 years. I like the doctors and staff.
Front staff is incredibly rude. Had a 7:30 appointment scheduled and they did me “a favor” by letting me in 3 minutes early, and then making the snide comment of “We don’t open until 7:30”. If you can’t open the doors a few minutes early for your first appointment of the day then don’t make appointments for that time. A simple, “have a seat, someone will be with you in a few minutes” would have sufficed. Don’t expect me to be on time for my appointment and then talked to that way. Was told the copay was 180 plus the shot(s) and had the nerve to ask if we had been an established patient. All because they just haven't renewed their Medicaid acceptance. I told them 180 was outrageous and I would go somewhere else in (Denton) and she was like that's perfectily fine.
