RecommendedLong drawn out process to be tested, and results. at least 3-6 mo out too even get first appt.
best sleep and lung Dr in the whole world to me.. they have kept my lungs going for 4yrs now.. Dr Ostransky and Dr make a Thomas are excellent
The girl I spoke to on the phone is rude, a part on my CPAP machine broke and I needed a new one I have not been seen in a while because everything has worked fine. Well my mask broke and this place said they could see me on June 17th for a replacement part. I asked to come sooner just for the piece and they said I have to pay cash for the mask that my insurance pays for. So if I suffocate in my sleep we all know why. Great care if there patients. Great place if you have sleep apnea and need a CPAP machine. They take care of everything.
Staff is incompetent... Apparently they are not aware that they are Aetna providers nor do they take the time to get patient benefits prior to consultation. My husband was charged out of network deductible instead of our $20 copay. Called office to be told all billing questions go to a third party billing service. Called third party billing company and was told to call office. I'm filing a complaint with Texas Attorney General for fraud!
I have been a patient of Dr. Ostransky for about 10 years. After a stroke I began having violent dreams and gained weight. After a couple of appointments, Dr. Ostransky was able to get my medications at a correct dosage along with a CPAP. I would recommend this Clinic to friends and family.
