I used to love this office. They were on top of things and I never had problems. I have been a patient here for well over 10 years and had referred multiple friends and family. Having said that there has been a dramatic change. My last 3 visits there have been issues. It started when the got a new front desk girl. But there have been multiple issues since. I was referred to the Southlake office. It was about 6 weeks from when I called until I could get an appointment. I was told that it would be about a week to get my home test. Turns out it could not be scheduled for over 2 months. Have been there 3 times and have never seen a doctor. Just PAs and technicians. I started this process in May and my equipment was just delivered (9/26). I have tried to call multiple times to set a follow up but I have left messages. No returned call yet. Let’s start from the beginning 1. It was very hard to make my very first appointment. 2. Made the appointment with I believe the PA. 3. Did the at home sleep kit and turned it in. 4, came in for results and a man came in not introducing himself and didn’t even say hello, he just went straight to the results. I was very confused if he was the doctor or not. Once I realized that he was the doctor, he gave me a copy of my results and started reading them.
