Think twice about using this group for your critical care. I had an appointment schedule with Dr Prakash scheduled for April. A week before the appointment they sent me a text canceling and required me to call the office. I called, they said my Doctor was no longer with NTKDA and scheduled me with Dr Mao but two weeks out. A few days before the appointment I received another text canceling the appointment and for me to call the office for a new date. I did again, now three weeks more delay. Then Mao cancelled again. Well the wrong suite number on google first of all, says 301 when it's 303. Doctor always late, receptionist is rude. Change appointments without contacting patients. Dirty office. Absolutely the worst place I have ever been to.
