My wife’s car was in minor traffic accident. A friend of mine recommended North Texas Hail Specialist. This is the best experience I have ever had with an automotive shop. Mike and his team took care of everything from dealing with the insurance company to getting a rental car secured. They only had the car a few days and provided proactive communication, staying in touch with us every step of the way. Most importantly… the car looks great!
I have to admit I was surprised! My 2024 Palisade was pounded by hail. Mike made it look like a new vehicle !! It was so bad I thought there was no way THAT many dents could be repaired. It looks absolutely perfect! Every tiny little dent is gone!! I highly recommend!!!
Really appreciate the fine work that Mike performed on my daughter's Bronco. He walked the car with the insurance adjuster to help ensure there'd be no SNAFUs or arguing. It was ready when he said it'd be ready and it looks fabulous once again. Thank you Mike!!
