We were in a 20-long line at in-n-out that snaked back and forth through the lot and this orange-chromatic painted SUV with North Texas Hail Specialists brand and phone number on it cut in front of 10 people. The lady they cut in front of got out and WALKED TO THEIR WINDOW and tried to explain to them that the line actually snaked back into the parking lot and they just gave her lip and they stayed in line where they were. BOOOOOOOOO
Mike and his team were so helpful and kind. They were able to quickly fix the dents in my car at a great price. Great people and great work!!!

Mike and his team took care of everything from dealing with the insurance company to getting a rental car secured. They only had the car a few days and provided proactive communication, staying in touch with us every step of the way. Most importantly… the car looks great!
I have to admit I was surprised! My 2024 Palisade was pounded by hail. Mike made it look like a new vehicle !! It was so bad I thought there was no way THAT many dents could be repaired. It looks absolutely perfect! Every tiny little dent is gone!! I highly recommend!!!
Really appreciate the fine work that Mike performed on my daughter's Bronco. He walked the car with the insurance adjuster to help ensure there'd be no SNAFUs or arguing. It was ready when he said it'd be ready and it looks fabulous once again. Thank you Mike!!
