The doctors good but the staff sucks. And to have to have a referral for a follow up to a procedure I already had done doesnt make sense
You call and try to schedule something beacuse your having health issues right. They send you a txt while your hold to try to make a appointment. *the link They send you doesn't even work* and after waiting on hold for 20 min some nurse picks up just yo say. Please hold and puts you on hold again.
Dr. Kim is awesome! He spends time with me and actually listens to my concerns and questions. I've been going to him for over a year and have had a colonoscopy and endoscopy done by him. He really is a great doctor!
Dr. Clarke is amazing in how he explain to me what to expect on how was going to do my procedure. He made me feel comfortable about him doing the procedure. Thanks Dr. Clarke for making me feel relieved.
