Dr. Otto is the best, he has helped me with my ear problems and helped with correcting the problem that I've had all my life.
Front office staff is rude. Other pt waiting have expressed the same feeling.
Great experience!! From the office staff, nurses and Dr Otto. Everyone was nice, knowledgeable, answered questions and took time with explaining things.

I absolutely love Dr Otto and his staff members! Dr. Otto explains everything so well and is always open for questions! And his office staff is so friendly!! It is so nice to be greeted when I walk in the door and as said good bye to as I am leaving!!
Would not go to this place if it was the last ENT on earth so rude and yea would not go there
