Great experience buying a truck from David.
Drove all the way to them from San Antonio, just to have our time wasted. They didn’t disclose a lot that was wrong with the truck and you could tell they knew. Don’t waste your time with these salesmen. You could tell that they knew about it all.
The company did not disclose major issues with a truck. Thankfully I had it inspected prior to purchase. The picture below was from the mechanic. The truck likely had been through flood damage. I don’t expect a brand new vehicle when buying used, but I do expect honesty from sales people. “The truck is in decent condition” is not a reasonable thing to say when has several leaks. Hopefully this helps someone else avoid a mistake!
One star, only because they refunded our money. We were told this truck had no major issues. Unfortunately, within one day of delivery, it became undrivable. After seeing it in person, we noticed several serious problems that weren’t apparent in photos: visible hail damage, signs of prior body work despite a clean Carfax, mismatched paint, and inconsistent panels.
