I wish I could give ZERO stars! Avoid Nancy and North Texas Diesel at all cost! I took my 06 5.9 Cummins truck to NTX Diesel 10/4/2021. I had and injector issue in cylinder 1 that caused the piston to melt. Nancy quoted me a decent price to rebuild my engine. I also asked for a new set of injectors, coolant bypass and to inspect my clutch since it would be accessible. I was told it would be about 4-6 weeks to get my truck back. In Response to Mr. S Genescritti -- who seems to think it's okay to scream at people (me and his wife) to get things done. He was well aware of my comings and goings to the hospital, and THIS POST was On our FB Page when he brought his truck over AND Tried to Continually post on our page only to be blocked from several different names. Stay away!!!!! Brought my truck in on march 23rd. Was told it would take a week to fix and paid a $2500 Over 3 weeks later they had not even started!!! Even though the past weeks before they told me my truck was on the lift! So took my truck back and was told i would get a refund. But now they are ignoring my calls and texts. Will be seeking legal action.

If anyone would like to see the $99.00 Inspection report that specifies everything for COLEMAN, and the BBB Report that was in our Favor as well as our Response from Google, please feel free to contact us . On 5/8/17, I was considering buying a 2003 Isuzu NPR to move my family across the country. I wanted to assure that the truck was safe and wouldn’t need any major repairs. On 5/10 I contacted NTX Diesel and made an appointment for a pre-purchase inspection.
