Actually the most horrible experience. I would give it 0 stars if I could. The technician burned me doing an IPL treatment and I now have second degree burn scars on my face that are still red and inflamed 7.5 months after the treatment. The technician was hardly apologetic and said that it would be healed and completely gone at the most in 3 months, which was a complete lie. She did not even offer to waive the fee of the treatment.
