I got a crown put on yesterday and was a little nervous because I had never had one before so I wasn't sure what to expect. Dr. Paterick explained to me, prior to starting, what exactly what was going on. The procedure was quick and painless. He even called me yesterday afternoon to make sure things were going okay and let me know to call back with any questions or concerns.
