I called to set a appointment for my son and as a first time mom I’m not to sure on how it all worked and the receptionist made me feel dumb and rushed and when I said I would just Call back another time because she sounded upset she said okay and hung up on me which is in my opinion highly unprofessional
Dr. Tak is the best. I’ve taken my 4 kids to her for 16 years.
Dr. Tak and the entire staff are truly AMAZING. From the moment we walk in, they go above and beyond to make my son feel comfortable and at ease. My son struggles with anxiety, and what really sets this office apart is that they actually take the time to talk to him, listen to him, and acknowledge what he has to say. We always have such a great experience at this pediatric dental office. The staff is incredibly kind and patient, and they always make my child feel comfortable and at ease the entire visit now that he’s a teenager they talk directly to him the whole visit making it more personal Dr. Yoon explained everything clearly and truly knows how to work with kids. I highly recommend this office to any parent!
I had great experience with Dr. Yoon Tak when I took my daughter for her dental cleaning and checkup. The dental care from the staff and Dr. Tak was exceptional. Furthermore Dr. Tak made sure all our questions were answered and we didn’t feel rushed. I highly recommend this dental clinic to any parent looking for a good pediatric dentist.
