This place used to be good, now it’s TERRIBLE, I have called multiple times about my medication and don’t GAF until you have to get rude, the most incompetent healthcare place I’ve ever witnessed, it’s blows my mind how these people still have jobs here and how they are okay with being shitty at their jobs and I really do hope they read this and other reviews and realize how much pain and stress they cause their patients, I hope they lose their jobs, bc they don’t care about their patients whatsoever, save your time , sanity... read more

This is the absolute WORST MOST UNPROFESSIONAL practice I have ever been to. When my NP, Rachel, was there I had NO issues. Now? They don’t call to schedule appointments. They don’t refill your prescriptions. I had an appointment 2 weeks ago and still haven’t gotten a refill after calling multiple times! Unprofessional, absolutely doesn’t care about its patients. DO NOT USE THEM. PROTECT YOUR MENTAL HEALTH AND SEEK HELP ELSEWHERE.

DO NOT USE THEM! They recently went through some change where staff was let go and there is no longer an office in Waco. The previous doctor put me on a good dose of medication. I was not going to have to see her every month, I would just need to call and get my refills. NOW, I am constantly going weeks without medication because no one answers a phone. Then I have to pay $130 every month to keep my medication, cause I have to get on the phone and say "yeah, nothings changed." There is always something else I have to do to k... read more

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE. They are so unprofessional. I have been rescheduled multiple times WITHOUT my knowledge. Not to mention the past 2 appointments the provider didn't even show up to. Look up their APRNs on the TX BON website before sending your kids here. Absolutely unacceptable and I will be filing complaints.

I was super excited to find a reliable clinic in Waco for mental health meds, and at first it was perfect. About 3/4 months ago, the company started going through a third-party call center to schedule appointments. I finally was able to schedule an appointment for my usual meds 2 weeks ago. After 3 days, I realized my provider never sent my prescriptions to my pharmacy. In the span of 2 weeks, I have left 3 voicemails (they never called me back) and have visited the office twice during office hours (the door was locked). Ver... read more
