DO NOT USE THEM! They recently went through some change where staff was let go and there is no longer an office in Waco. The previous doctor put me on a good dose of medication. I was not going to have to see her every month, I would just need to call and get my refills. NOW, I am constantly going weeks without medication because no one answers a phone. Then I have to pay $130 every month to keep my medication, cause I have to get on the phone and say "yeah, nothings changed." There is always something else I have to do to k... read more

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE. They are so unprofessional. I have been rescheduled multiple times WITHOUT my knowledge. Not to mention the past 2 appointments the provider didn't even show up to. Look up their APRNs on the TX BON website before sending your kids here. Absolutely unacceptable and I will be filing complaints.

I was super excited to find a reliable clinic in Waco for mental health meds, and at first it was perfect. About 3/4 months ago, the company started going through a third-party call center to schedule appointments. I finally was able to schedule an appointment for my usual meds 2 weeks ago. I experienced significant delays and repeated issues in scheduling my care. I saw my primary care provider in June for a referral but was not contacted until nearly September, despite my condition requiring prompt attention. During that time, I followed up multiple times and was given an incorrect fax number, then repeatedly told my referral had not been received. My primary care office later confirmed it had been sent correctly, indicating the issue was on North Texas’s end. The referral was finally acknowledged at the end ... read more

Worst Customer Service when trying to establish care. I have been calling for over 2 months now. I have had a referral sent to them multiple times. I was told the person that does the referrals was on vacation. I was told this for two weeks. Then i was told that she was having surgery. I was told she was the ONLY person that was able to do anything with the referrals. When I explained what I was told previously The lady Sia (who claims to be the office supervisor) has told me 4 times that she would call me back to verify tha... read more
