I can't give a five star review to accompany that lets me down on their word to be able to provide services before a certain date and then goes back on their word at the last moment. Apparently you have enough business to not need mine.
Not the Harlen Johnson I remember. So sad … it seems the service technician is instructed to sell as much as they can and replacement parts are way overpriced. So disappointed, though we loved the technician Jesus.
Really great service. Plumbing issues can be scary, but they did a great job of explaining everything and making recommendations about the issues to prioritize. Both Juan and Miguel have come out to help us and they were excellent. I appreciated their friendliness and willingness to explain things. Thanks guys!
