I had Harlen Johnson install 2 new A/C Heat pump units 5 years ago. One had to be replaced in February. This week I had water from the A/c dump and come thru my ceiling. Charles came out after hours and examined everything. He was great at explaining what happened and what needed to be done to fix it so it doesn’t happen again. The manager called me this morning and is sending their remediation specialist out to look at the damage and take care of it. Great response from the company!
My mom's upstairs a/c unit went out recently over the weekend and had to call this great group of folks again for help. They got us a quick appointment on Monday afternoon. David took great care of my mother and diagnosed the issue and was back out first thing Tuesday to complete the work. Great knowledge and customer service! Well done! and thank you
