Emmanuel was amazing! He was so thorough, made sure I knew all of my options, explained everything, and was so kind and patient throughout the entire process.
Our daughters AC went out on Sunday and when we called Monday morning an appt was set for that day. Unfortunately as it got later in the day and the original tech was showing to come way out of service window they sent a new tech David. He was professional pleasant and explained exactly what was going on and what we could do to have back in working order. He immediately got to work in the heat and cleaned an added a part to help it run better. He was wonderful and would definitely call for him specifically for our home too. ... read more
Emmanuel , a service technician was outstanding. We needed a new HVAC and he was honest and forthright as could be. We are definitely staying with Harlen & Johnson.
We were having major a/c problems. We called this company and they immediately sent out their technician, Emmanuel Luna I can't safe enough good things about this company and particularly Emmanuel. He identified and repaired an ongoing problem no other company was able to solve. We are so impressed we signed up for their yearly service on all three of our units. Most importantly the service charge was very reasonable.
Emmanuel did a great job!
