Took my deposit sent a text message about my application being taken in order received. I sent email and called never heard back from Morgan not sure if that is even a person. I still get text about the apartment I viewed and wanted to rent .

THIS COMPANY IS BASICALLY TRASH. TED ESPECIALLY IS RUDE AND HAS NO TIME TO HELP YOU OUT, UNLESS YOU'RE RENTING. THEY TAKE FOREVER TO GET ISSUES RESOLVED, THEIR APARTMENTS BREAK DOWN LIKE CLOCK WORK, AND UNLESS ITS IN THEIR FAVOUR (RENT) YOU MEAN NOTHING TO THEM. DO NOT RENT HERE, TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.!!!!!
This place is ridiculous, i'm not a tenant but I can only Imagine what the tenant there actually go through. This very nasty lady name Kristen hung up on me, as I was only inquiring about the date for an available, as why was it different from what the agent were actually saying. As she hung up on me she literally said that she dont have time for this SHIT! absolutely ridiculous! DO NOT GO THERE!!! they have zero integrity or professionalism.
Myself and other friends have had a horrible experience with North Terrance Property Management. I didn't write a review after my experience originally, but after hearing a friends experience with them, I feel compelled to share my experience. I rented from them for 4 years, at the beginning it was great. By the time I moved out the place was INFESTED with mice, ROACHES and BED BUGS! Find ANYWHERE else! These are your true “slum lords”. I lived At Grant Court, and within the year I lived there Under the new mgmt (NTPM), everything deteriorated. There were roaches, there were multiple plumbing issues that flooded my apartment, they answer when convenient, and they sent me a refund of $35 of my deposit after 4 years there. They had tenants with furniture molding on patios, their contractors entered without permission, they never fixed ANYTHING, including dangerous items like exposed power boxes with wires ... read more
