On Saturday, a tech came out to replace a couple of fan motors, one of them didn't work properly. We called the office on Sunday, the office responded and instantly contacted the owner Chirs. Without hesitation, he promptly replied and said they would come back with better parts the next day (Monday) to replace both of them. Sure enough, on Monday, not only did he go all out to acquire the better motors, he came to oversee their installations in person when his techs arrived.
