My compressor would not turn on. I changed the capacitor, still not working. I researched on line and saw North Tarrant Heat and Air. Brian came right away. Very knowledgeable and confident. He located the problem and repaired. I am very pleased and will use them again.

I saw these guys service one of my neighbors and so I flagged Andrew down on his way out. Its over 92 degrees outside and he stopped and asked if he could help me. I told him the problem i was having and he took his own personal time to come in , get in the attic and told me the problem. I said " man , if I had some cash I would give it to you " and his response was " no worries , just let me know if you need your problem solved " ... Best HVAC in DFW. The technicians were thorough and professional. I never felt as if we were being taken advantage of or unfairly charged. Very pleased with my experience. They even gave us window units while we were without air and were very careful not to get my house dirty while working. Not a lot of companies do that. I will be working with this company going forward.
Avery was absolutely amazing! He was extremely attentive and respectful, he went above and beyond. He showed and explained the problem in our pipes thoroughly and made sure we were taken care of. We have had him before and will definitely keep requesting him!
