I left pretty upset at the way Dr Waldman treated me. She had a nasty attitude about me not wanting xrays. Then after having her attitude fit and talking down avout my previous dr that actually helped me get back to doing activities I love she tried to tell me orthotics will fix all my problems and thats all I will need. Dr. Michal Waldman is absolutely one of a kind. From the moment you enter her practice you are treated with kindness. The entire team is organized and extremely efficient. I have been dealing with life altering pain for 5 years. I have been misdiagnosed and often felt invisible. The doctors at this practice are outstanding! I flew in from California for treatment here and it was worth it because after years of being in pain, I am FINALLY pain-free! The staff was friendly and really worked with me in terms of my schedule since I was coming in from out of town. The doctors were exceptional. Dr. Waldman knew exactly what was going on and how to treat me and when she was sick and couldn't come in to do the treatment herself, Dr. Hayman was able to do it and I have great results. Highly recommend!
I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS MEDICAL OFFICE! I honestly cannot say enough amazing things about the doctors and staff. Because of my schedule I have seen two different doctors there AND the medical esthetician and ALL of them have been stellar! My primary doctor told me not to go anywhere else and he was right. My feet and ankle are no longer in pain and I feel great! And this is after two years of going to other "specialists" searching for help.
Charged 75.00 for a missed appointment, but was clearly there and paid the office 695.00 for an ingrown toenail. (Which is higher then anyone in the area) Appt was not missed! Called and left a message to cancel an UNNESSARY follow up, but they conveniently charged my credit card anyway. On another note, unless you are calling to pay a bill, they don't answer the phone! Dispute with cc is filed.
