Very disappointed, all kind of new requirement and blank pages to sign and credit card have to stay in their file rules. I’ve been in this office before and I thought they’re nice. The doctors very good now I came back to visit and they want my credit card on file and truckload of forms just sign them right there so we can take you in. I don’t like that and I think to think like this, make people not comfortable with your place
Both my husband and I have been going to North Tampa Foot Care, but today we faced a challenge when we were denied service. The reason was our refusal to provide a credit card number for their medical account. We firmly believe that we should not have to share our credit card information with a medical professional, especially since Medicare and our supplemental plan cover all our services. I went there and decided I will never go again. Terrible customer service. I suggest to go to your primary care doctor or dermatologist. I came in for warts and they forced me to get x rays and told me it’s covered by insurance after I said I don’t want xray. And told me I need a test the warts sample. She tried to sell me on the $500 shoes insert. Later I asked other primary care doctor and I was told the X-ray and sample were not necessary at all. Go see a real doctor.
