I read so many lovely reviews and was surprised to have such an unpleasant experience. One of the dental techs punctured my lip while doing a cleaning. I've never had that happen to me, ever. She told me, "It's not that bad" while I was reeling in pain. I had to follow up with this practice, instead of them contacting me to see if I was okay.
