Terribly unprofessional. I was told I had a wisdom tooth that needed to be removed (despite having already had them taken out when I was 16). They had one of my molars removed instead, for no apparent reason.
Dr Opie and his staff are phenomenal. He is the kind of dentist who will explain things to you once and it's easy to understand. He's patient and talented. He remembers his clients as well.
