Extremely rude and unprofessional receptionist. The staff desperately needs training on how to treat clients with respect.
Sudeepa is an absolutely incredible nurse. She was extremely kind and patient and went through all the details even though I was late. You can tell she loves her job.
Very unprofessional receptionist. I called them today to ask if they can check my RBC count and other minerals deficiency check. She said u need to visit walk in clinics so I said okay could u please tell me how can I find one. I haven’t even finish the sentence she just hung up on me. Like I have zero knowledge about medical in Canada cuz I never had to go to any doctor to get check. Very upset and unprofessional manner
