This review is specifically for Chiropractor Jasleen Gill. She is very defensive, lacks empathy, is particularly rude when dealing with issues caused by her that impact the customer. She definitely needs a lesson in emotional intelligence. Hope the clinic pays attention to these reviews, as I see similar concerns on defensiveness and lack of empathy raised by others before.
I had a very disappointing experience .The massage was extremely slow and unprofessional. The therapist only used one hand most of the time, which made it feel lazy and careless. She didn’t focus on the areas I asked for, and it felt like she didn’t know what she was doing. I left feeling no relief at all. Definitely not worth the time or money — I wouldn’t recommend this place for massage.
