Absolutely horrendous I seen a horrible provider who did not listen to any need and then the Office fired me after two appointments did not give me any chance to see another provider. Did not give any chance to set the situation right I will not recommend this place to anybody. Dr. Santiago is always very helpful and great to deal with. The office is also prompt to reply which is not the case with a lot of medical offices. Appreciate yall
Would give a zero if I could, but here we are at a 1 star. I haven't been with them for a while now. I loved my therapist. Beyond amazing. However, Dr. Graham and front workers were incredibly rude and unprofessional. Long story short. We live in Chuckatuck area. Road work is literally EVERYWHERE. There was at least 2 accidents on the way to my appointment. I called. The receptionist picked up. I explained I left a full hour before my appointment and there are 2 wrecks and I couldn't turn around. They tried charging me $175 ... read more
