Everyone seems lovely. They always get back to me. The women who answer the phones and greet you at the office are very nice.
BEST team should be called WORST. Paula was assigned to call me in my crisis and treated me like she was annoyed from the moment she heard my voice. Lack of compassion for people with mental health issues. If you’re in a crisis, don’t expect help here. They’ll send you to a hospital because they say they can’t help. Is there a place for minus stars?
