The financial assistant is always friendly and helpful to clarify the bill and to assist with any questions I have. The orthodontist is very careful with my gag reflex and makes my visits pleasant. She worked with me for the last 3 years and made it a wonderful experience every time.

I've always enjoyed top notch service and care at Webster Skokie. From start to finish, they have done an excellent job each time I've needed to see a dentist.
I spent 3 hours yesterday during which Dr. Springer gave me a detailed explanation of my current dental problems. Showing deep concern and caring, he also came up with a plan of action for my teeth and with Shanna, my financial ability to pay. It was upsetting news to receive but I truly appreciate the way it was handled.
