Starting from the beginning, their main waiting room smells bad with cigarettes smoke. They didn’t let my wife to go with me, so I had to lay down, looking at empty chair by my side waiting for the surgery. My heart rate was 110 bpm, and my blood pressure was 165/115, so they asked me why I’m stressed... they were actually mad at me that they have to measure it again. I Had foot surgery yesterday on 11/06. When I tell y’all the nurse was simply amazing, the way they was so attentive, caring and walking you through everything. Each nurse I interacted with was awesome. My doctor Jonathan hooks was attentive and caring as well and explained everything, including the man that did the nerve block and anesthesia. My hat off to all of you, you all rock. Thank you all
I underwent surgery last Friday with Dr. Joel Anderson, and I must say, the facility was exceptionally clean. The staff was incredibly friendly, making my few hours there quite comfortable. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Dr. Anderson, Megan, and the entire team for their outstanding service.
