I'm elderly disabled & they didn't turn me every 4 hrs. No way use bathroom, put diapers on & say pee. Elderly or Severely Disabled stay away! Meds are still missing from the ambulance!

I would of said great hospital prior to 2017. In 2017 i went yo the ER at north suburban, I had kidney stones both kidneys, kidney infection and severe sepsis. The urologist was abrupt only put one stent in, they rush me out of hospital and ended up back in for same thing two weeks later. I was very drugged up on narcotics, fall risk and nurse failed to assist me going to rest room. I fell backwards hitting my back and neck on the bed and my head on the floor. The nurse lued on record stating she assisted me walking and... read more

I used to absolutely love coming here when I needed help. They were caring made sure they got everything done quickly and followed through. I’m sitting here more with a dangerous irregular heart rhythm I knew nothing about. I was sent my my Nephrologist, because I was going into kidney failure and had no ideas why, or what was causing it to happen so fast. As you may guess it’s also painful, along with the kidney stones I also have. I have received 1 intention of pain medicine and a bag of fluid in the 13 hours I’ve been her... read more

I had surgery today and need to thank the awesome team that took care of me. A big Special thank you to Dr Lampe, Dr Gannon, Lanell, Carla, Becky & Shaun. They went above & beyond to make sure I was comfortable and took time when I became overwhelmed. Thank you for everything ❤️❤️❤️

They absolutely take no responsibility for their wrongs and left me with a mild tbi and injury to neck due to neglect of their nurse. Have done nothing to remedy this for me accept to more or less tell me oh well. the patient advocate isn't really there to help patients. Go some where else.

10 out of 5 stars! My 8 month old daughter was admitted Saturday evening for seizures through the ER and then we stayed in the pediatric unit until today (Tuesday). They exhausted every single avenue to find out why this poor baby had 4 seizures in one day. I had taken her to St. Anthony’s North earlier that Saturday and they checked her vitals and sent her home and said she was fine. Turns out she had a bladder infection and was having febrile seizures and we would have never known if it hadn’t been for the amazing people a... read more

Their doctors were great. Not so much for someone who worked there the night my husband came in for emergency surgery. They removed his 2 neck chains. And did not return them. Their policy is not to reimburse for jewelry. One chain was a Christmas gift 30 years ago from me. Very disappointed in North Suburban and Ed Cook who is their patient advocate. Advocate my a**. Didn't do a dann thing. Treated my husband like a liar. Their customer service on this sucks. Don't go there wearing anything valuable, it will probably get st... read more

I was fortunate enough to deliver both of my babies at NSMC. I could not be more happy with how both labor and deliveries went. I felt safe and cared for and most importantly, I knew my babies were in good hands. My daughter was born via emergency csection and all of the nurses were so kind and comforting, I could not be more grateful for the team that helped me. Kelly, Pam, Karen, Julie, Pattie, Kalee, Carleen and the wonderful woman who did my spinal and kept me calm in the OR. I'm sure I forgot someone, and if I did, I'm ... read more
