This hospital covers up their mistakes with lies and refuse to even sit down with a patient to go over what occured. I was hospitalized with stones in my kidneys and severe sepsis. I had fall risk bracelet and nurse did not assist me. I fell hit bottom of bed frame and floor with my head. No doctor exam me and they shove me off to rehab. I had a concussion and found out way later a c6 c7 neck injury with nerve damage and may need surgery. They don't care... Use at own risk

I broke my wrist on 8/18/18 and went to NS ER where they treated me and put a splint on my are. They put the splint on very tight and the next day per my discharge papers stating that if it was too tight that I could come back and they would loosen it, I went back to have them loosen the splint. Now I am being charged along with my insurance company for that visit. They refused to waive the charge even though I was told I could come back!!!

So upon returning to ER very ill, they consult with a urologist over the phone and let me go home. Two days later I go back by ambulance with severe sepsis multiple major organs affected, and it had become potentially life threatening. They admitted me finally put stents in both kidneys, I had a fall risk bracelet, and nurse failed to help me. I fell backwards hitting my back and head, n... read more
