Over an hour past our scheduled time and still waiting. We live 10 minutes away, just give us an accurate time, this is a waste of time.
This office staff doesn't even deserve to get a "1" star, but rather a "0." This office has a bad habit for over a year now with leaving patients on hold for more than 40 min. The office always uses the same excuse that they have only two people in the office and are short of staff when every time I go in to the office for appt., they have either 1 patient or no patient waiting to see doctor, and never heard their office phones ringing off the hook. I love everyone here. Super helpful and supportive.
Walked in for help. Non emergency was told they were going on lunch and that they appointments only. Mind you, watched two walk in before me but they said I could always go to the emergency room. Never going here again
