03/25/2021- 8:30am: I called North Suburban Eye Specialists to inquire about my son's glasses that broke 03/25/2021 at 8:30am. His glasses a manufacture defect as the glue of the metal frame is no longer holding on to the lens anymore on the left side. Optical could not find my son by his full name or date of birth. Lady continued to help me and put me on hold while she looked into it. After a few minutes, a lady named Kate came on the phone. If you are considering medical care there...be careful. They use recycled medications sometimes past expiration.
