We are out $9000 for a car we can’t use. We bought a 2011 Honda Pilot for $7000 and the third time we drove it the check engine light came on. When we went back to the dealer he promised to pay for the part and then later refused. We ended up paying $2000 to fix it. Now 5 months later the timing belt which broke destroying the engine. When we bought it he said it had a new timing belt. So yes - we are junking the $9000 car 5 months later. Avoid this place. Believe the many reviews like mine.
We are extremely happy with our purchase of our Toyota Sienna from North Suburban. I was surprised at their selection of vans. Pricing and customer service were great. No pressure, no silly add-ons, warranties, etc. We have driven the van for over a week and there are no surprises; for the price I couldn’t ask for much more. Guy who runs this place is a real jerk. Unpleasant to speak with over the phone, very rude. Offers no real opportunity for a mechanic to view the cars. Wants you to just believe his word and buy from him with no recourse if something is wrong with vehicles.
