Hands down one of the best CrossFit gyms I’ve been to in Minneapolis, the people are friendly and supportive, the coaches are phenomenal, and the programming is great! The energy/vibes are immaculate! Def recommend giving it a try if you’re looking for a CrossFit gym.
Very cool gym and the owner seems great as well. I did a work out class here and if I lived in the area, I would absolutely consider making this my primary gym.
Been coming here for a couple months. Space is great as is the owner Zach. Great equipment, very inclusive environment.
